Real Patient. Real Results. Right Here in Kissimmee.

Nadine broke her foot.

Her orthopedic doctor prescribed SoftWave.

She came to us in a boot, relying on one leg, unable to walk normally. Her own physician sent her here, because he knew what SoftWave could do for healing tissue that needed help.

This is what a session looks like. 15 minutes.

No needles. No pain.

A trained clinician guides the SoftWave device over the treatment area. Most patients describe it as a gentle pulsing sensation. You stay fully clothed, lie back, and let your body do the rest.

Back to my usual 6 miles a day.

If Any of This Sounds Like You, Keep Reading.

Every week we see patients who've been suffering for years, not because nothing could help them, but because they never found the right thing.

"My knee is bone-on-bone and my doctor says surgery is my only option."

You've been told to live with it or go under the knife. There's a third path and it's working for patients right here in Kissimmee.

"My feet hurt so bad I dread

getting out of bed in the morning."

Whether it's plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, or nerve pain, foot pain responds exceptionally well to SoftWave. Many patients feel relief within the first session.

"My back goes out constantly.

I never know when it's going to happen."

Chronic lower back pain is the number one reason patients find us. And one of the conditions we treat most successfully.

"I have burning, shooting pain

down my legs or into my feet."

Sciatica and neuropathy don't have to be permanent. SoftWave reaches deep enough to address the source, not just the symptom.

"I've been taking pain pills

just to get through the day."

You shouldn't have to medicate your way through life. We help patients reduce and in many cases eliminate, their reliance on daily pain medication.

"I've already done PT and cortisone shots.

Nothing has lasted."

SoftWave works differently. Instead of masking pain signals, it triggers actual biological healing at the cellular level. It's not more of the same.

The Treatment

It's Not Magic.

It's Your Own Body — Activated.

SoftWave Therapy uses FDA-cleared technology to send targeted acoustic waves deep into damaged tissue.

Those waves do three things your body has been struggling to do on its own.

Reduce Inflammation

Chronic pain almost always involves persistent inflammation that your body can't clear on its own. SoftWave breaks the cycle, fast.

Activate Stem Cells

The acoustic waves stimulate your body's own stem cells in the treated area, triggering a healing response that no medication can replicate.

Restore Circulation

Poor circulation keeps damaged tissue from healing. SoftWave increases blood flow to the exact area that needs it, accelerating recovery from the inside out.

What Does a Session

Actually Feel Like?

Most patients describe it as a gentle pulsing sensation over the treated area. Some feel a mild pressure or tingling, nothing that requires pain medication or numbing.

Each session is 15–20 minutes.

You come in, get treated, and walk out.

No recovery time.

No restrictions.

Most patients drive themselves and go straight back to their normal day.

Common Questions

We Get It - You Have Questions.

Here Are the Honest Answers.

Does it hurt?

Most patients describe it as a strong pulsing or tingling sensation over the treated area. It is not painful. There is no anesthesia, no needles, and no recovery time. You drive yourself home and go straight back to your normal day.

How many sessions will I need?

Most patients do 6–8 weekly sessions. Many feel a real difference within the first 1–3. Dr. Good will give you a specific recommendation after your evaluation, every condition and every patient is different.

Does insurance cover SoftWave?

SoftWave is not typically covered by insurance because it is considered an elective procedure. Our team is fully transparent about costs before you start anything. Most patients find it is far more affordable than surgery, ongoing injections, or years of pain medication.

I've tried everything. Why would this be different?

Because it works differently. Physical therapy, cortisone shots, and pain medication manage the pain signal. SoftWave triggers biological healing at the cellular level, activating stem cells and restoring circulation in the damaged tissue. It is not more of the same. It is a fundamentally different approach.

What if I'm not a good candidate?

Dr. Good will tell you honestly. If SoftWave is not right for your specific condition he will say so and point you toward what might actually help. We are not in the business of selling treatments people do not need.

How quickly can I get an appointment?

Same-day and next-day appointments are often available. Once you submit a request a member of our team will reach out within one business day to confirm. You can also call or text us directly at (407) 507-6976.
